Terms and Conditions for TicTacToe Blitz

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading and playing TicTacToe Blitz ("Application"). By using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. Description of Service

TicTacToe Blitz is a casual puzzle game providing 3x3, 4x4, and 5x5 grid match formats against artificial intelligence (bots) and local multiplayer setups. The basic version includes ad placements (served via AdMob).

B. Elite Membership & In-App Purchases

  • Subscription Plans: We offer an "Elite Member" status priced at ₹50/month or ₹499/year (prices may vary outside India) to remove advertisements and unlock premium features.

  • Billing & Taxes: Payments are processed natively via the Google Play Store. Prices are inclusive of applicable digital taxes (including GST in India).

  • Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings.

C. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

  • You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, exploit, or attempt to hack the Application, its multiplayer logic, or its billing features.

  • All assets, images, text, code, graphics, logos (including the TicTacToe Blitz brand assets), and interface layouts are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

D. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or fully secure. We are not liable for any loss of in-game data, statistics, or virtual progression.

E. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You explicitly agree that any claim, legal proceeding, or litigation arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Application shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
